These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and AutSol LLC (“Shopper247Bot”, “we”, “us”) for the website shopper247bot.com, the web application at app.shopper247bot.com, and related Telegram bots @shopper247bot and @shopper247_support_bot (together, the “Service”).
By opening Telegram to sign in, creating an account, paying, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Shopper247Bot is a phone web application for Instacart Shopper. You sign in with Telegram — that is the only login. After authorization you use the web app on your phone to see live offers that match filters you set, and to receive alerts. Desktop browsers are not supported.
Shopper247Bot is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Maplebear Inc. (Instacart), Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Flex, Walmart Inc., Spark Driver, or any other delivery platform. You remain solely responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms, local law, and your own shopper or driver account rules.
There is no password form on the website. To use the web app you must open @shopper247bot, complete Telegram authorization, then continue in the web app. We identify you by your Telegram ID. You are responsible for access to your Telegram account. Tell us at once if you lose control of it.
2-day free trial. A new Shopper247Bot account created by a person who has not used the Service before receives one 2-day trial. One trial per person. Extra accounts, shared devices, or a Telegram ID we already know do not get another trial. The trial is not paid out in cash and is not refundable.
After the trial, access is prepaid in US dollars. Plans do not auto-renew. You may buy as many plans as you want; each purchase adds its days to the time you already have. Days stack. They do not replace unused time.

Flex/Spark + Shopper is 10% off the sum of two standalone prices, rounded to the nearest dollar. All 3 (Flex + Spark + Shopper) is 15% off the sum of three standalone prices, rounded to the nearest dollar.
Payment is processed by Stripe after Telegram sign-in. We do not store full card numbers. Prices on this website are the prices you pay. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account closure.
The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. The only refund is for unused prepaid days, minus a $10 fee on every refund, no matter the original price. There are no other refunds. Stopping search, logging out, pausing, or not buying another plan does not create a refund. Remaining days are not paid out. Because plans do not auto-renew, you stop future charges by not purchasing again.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Fees already paid are handled under the Refund Policy.
The Service shows matching offers and sends alerts. We do not promise that any offer will appear, that you will be able to accept it, or that you will earn any amount. Third-party apps, networks, store hours, and your own filters all affect what you see.
The Service depends on Telegram, Stripe, hosting providers, and delivery-platform interfaces that we do not control. Outages or changes on those services may interrupt Shopper247Bot. We are not liable for those third-party failures.
The Shopper247Bot name, site, web app, and content are owned by AutSol LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service during a paid period. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or republish the Service except as allowed by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTSOL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OFFERS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You will defend and indemnify AutSol LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service, your delivery-platform accounts, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if payment is reversed, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 8–13, 15–16) survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new Terms. Material price changes apply to future purchases, not to a period you already paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sacramento County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement for the Service.
