This Privacy Policy explains how AutSol LLC (“Shopper247Bot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit shopper247bot.com, use the web app at app.shopper247bot.com, sign in through Telegram, or pay through Stripe.

Telegram sign-in. We receive your Telegram user ID, name, username, and language code so we can create your account. There is no password on our site.
Account and service data. Filters you set, session status, store choices, offer history tied to your account, language preference, and support messages you send us.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, amount, plan, time, and an email if you provide one at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVC, or bank account numbers.
Push notifications. If you allow web push, we store a browser push subscription so we can send offer alerts. You can turn this off in the app or the browser.
Technical logs. IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security events. Used to run the site, prevent abuse, and debug failures.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We process data to perform the contract (provide the Service you paid for), to comply with law (tax and dispute records), and for legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, support). Where consent is required (for example web push), we ask before we send.
The marketing site uses only essential cookies, if any. The web app stores a session token in the browser (local storage) so you stay signed in on your phone. We do not use Google advertising cookies or DART.
Service providers may process data only to perform work for us.
Account and service data is kept while the account is open and for up to 90 days after closure, unless a longer period is required. Payment and invoice records are kept as required by US tax law (typically up to 7 years). Security logs are kept for a short operational period.
We use HTTPS, isolated customer sessions, and restricted internal APIs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Keep control of your Telegram account.
The Service is for US customers. Data is processed in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, you understand that your information is processed in the US.
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor used the Service, contact us and we will delete the account.
California residents may request: (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (2) deletion, subject to legal exceptions; (3) correction of inaccurate information; (4) confirmation that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To submit a request, email support [at] shopper247bot.com or write via @shopper247_support_bot from the Telegram account on file. We will verify the request and respond within 45 days, or notify you if we need more time (up to 90 days). You may use an authorized agent with written permission.
If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal data and to opt out of targeted advertising or sales. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Use the same contact methods as in section 11. We will respond within the time those laws require, typically 45 days.
The Service is not directed at the EEA/UK. If GDPR nonetheless applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will respond within one month.
The site does not change behavior based on browser “Do Not Track” signals. We still do not sell your data or run third-party ads.
We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. The “Effective date” at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
